Our filtration systems are available for; Pre Filtration, Fuel Circulation and Final Filtration for most hydrocarbon Fluids such as Diesel Fuel, Lubrication Oil, Hydraulic Oil and Gear Box oil. Our filtration systems are capable of filtering hydro carbon fluids from 1 liter per minute to well in excess of 2560 liters per minute, producing a superior quality/dry fuel for today’s modern engines and equipment.
A typical installation in general consists of a RCI Fuel Purifier and a Micfil Ultra Fine Filter to produce a fuel quality in the lower ISO range
For bulk filtration system we can supply and install filter systems to reduce water in diesel or bio diesel from 1000 ppm down to 20 ppm with one pass. In all cases our filter systems whether used for diesel fuel, bio diesel fuel, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil or Gear Oil, will improve the equipments life expectancy to well above what is considered “normal”. In the case of Lubrication Oil our filter system will improve the quality of the lubrication oil to a cleaner then “New” condition it is therefore possible to extend the lubrication oil change out period to double or triple the normal time ie: 250 hrs to 500 hrs or 500hrs to 1000 hrs with correct oil analysis being performed. Hydraulic oil will stay cleaner longer and in pristine condition to faultlessly operate the hydraulic equipment for thousands of hours.
PUMPS
Our Dixon Pumps are without a doubt amongst the best available on the market today these pumps are manufactured in the USA to a very high standard and are capable of running “dry” for hundreds of hours without actual damage to the pumps, the Dixon pumps is suitable for many fluids and are all approved for Diesel, Bio Diesel and oil, flow rate are available from 50 liters per minute to well above 400 liters per minute.
The Oberdorfer pumps range of pumps is extensive with several hundred different models available. The Oberdorfer pumps are the world‘s leading high-quality, dependable pumps. GEAR PUMPS, CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, RUBBER IMPELLAR & HELICAL PUMPS
The renewing of worn friction linings was yesterday – today H.I.TEC POLYdrive™ drums are used for conveying.
The revolutionary polymer coating allows easy conveyance of bulk material even when other friction linings would have long given up especially in wet operations. High coefficient of friction extremely acid resistance and its anti-magnetic behavior make the H.I.TEC POLYdrive™ the first choice of modern bulk material goods conveyance. Our customer experience gives us the confidence to grant a 4 year H.I. TEC warranty on the drum shell.
HIGH COEFFICIENTS OF FRICTION – LOW BELT TENSION – ANTI-MAGNETIC – LONG LIFE. Kodiac-high-performance polymer castings drive drums for highly efficient conveyance at maximum efficiency.
Electr-O-Fuze™ is a high-performance, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe system, used as an integral primary/ secondary pipe manufactured solely by AEP in the USA. It is designed specifically for the transfer of motor vehicle fuels, high blend fuels, concentrated fuels, aviation and marine fuels in service stations, marinas retail and commercial installations. Electr-O-Fuze ™ is the only pipe system in the world that is 100% environmentally friendly, as it not only provides complete containment above and below ground, but it is the only system that is 100% recyclable.
All Electr-O- Fuze pipe goes through a unique process of fluorination. When installed to our specifications, both inner and outer walls of the primary and secondary pipe have been treated with barrier layers which are not susceptible to delamination and carry a 30 year warranty. This process allows us to confidently supply a product that can safely transport hydrocarbon fuels and a wide range of chemicals.
The entire Electr-O-Fuze™ Underground system has met all the specifications required by UL for the revised UL 971 of 2005. This covers 1 ½ “, 2”, 3” and 4” double wall supply and fill lines and 1 ½ “, 2”, 3” and 4” single wall and double wall vent and vapour recovery pipe. The Electr-O-Fuze™ system is however available in all sizes ranging from ½” – 60”.
