Gear Pumps N2000L

Pump housings and gears are made of top quality bronze, shafts are 303 stainless steel. Bearings are made of high performance carbon-graphite material selected for wear resistance and long service life. Gear pumps are positive displacement pumps. Each shaft revolution displaces a definite amount of liquid relatively unaffected by the backpressure in the discharge line. Shaft speed and flow are directly proportional.

Gear Pump C993

Tailored specifically for wear resistance and long life in lubricating fluid service. They are designed to handle a wide range of fluids at temperatures to 200°F, at pressures up to 150 psi, and at shaft speeds to 1750 RPM. Viscous liquids require reduced shaft speeds. Standard Lubricating Fluid Service: Shafting is 303 stainless steel, gearing is ferrous (optional 416SS gears). Rugged ductile iron housings. High grade carbon-graphite bushing style bearings are used. The Standard Mechanical Shaft Steel is a stainless cased Nitrile elastomer bellows and oring with carbon and ceramic wear faces. An optional fluoroelastomer mechanical seal with carbon and ceramic wear faces is also available. Recommended liquid temperature range is 32oF to 200oF.

CHEMSTEEL pumps S204 NM

CHEMSTEEL™ pumps are designed to handle common and highly corrosive liquids that must be pumped under pressure. Manufactured to extremely precise tolerance, the CHEMSTEEL™ pump line prevents system contamination while maintaining the purity and integrity of the liquid being pumped. Its rugged, three-section construction provides ease of servicing and parts replacement. Helical gearing offers noise reduction by as much as 10db, while the tandem pumps double the output flow for a single fluid, or with isolation, handle other fluids in direct ratio to the first. Additionally, CHEMSTEEL™ pumps offer bi-directional operation for applications requiring reversing flow.

Gear Pump C991

Tailored specifically for wear resistance and long life in lubricating fluid service. Standard Lubricating Fluid Service: Shafting is 303 stainless steel, gearing is steel. Rugged ductile iron housings. High grade carbon-graphite bushing style bearings are used. The Standard Mechanical Shaft seal is a stainless cased Nitrile elastomer bellows and O-ring with carbon and ceramic wear faces. An optional fluoroelastomer mechanical seal with carbon and ceramic wear faces is also available. Recommended liquid temperature range is 32°F to 225°F (Nitrile) or 400°F (fluoroelastomer).

Gear Pump C992T

The pumps are tailored specifically for wear resistance and long life in both lubricating C992T and non lubricating C992T-F service. They are designed to handle a wide range of fluids at temperatures to 200F. The operating pressure limit for thin fluids, i.e. 33 SSU, is 75 psi at 1725 RPM an 65 psi for viscous 200 SSU fluids based upon the 1.3 HP motor configuration.

Gear Pumps Bronze 121

These pump housings and mounting brackets are made from cast aluminum or bronze alloy. The rotor is made from stainless steel with a hard chrome plate for improved wear properties. The stator is made from molded Nitrile. The mechanical seal is a carbon and ceramic rotary face for positive sealing.

Gear Pumps N61K10G01

The carbonator motor mounting uses a circular clamp, similar to a hose clamp, as means of attaching the pump to a specially machined hub on the motor. This concept was first developed for the vending machine industry to pump carbonated beverages in soft drink dispensers. The main advantages are compactness and economy due to the elimination of the adapter casting. The rotary gear pump features an all bronze design and 303 stainless steel shafts with options of non-metallic gears and a variety of shaft seals. The built-in relief valve is available in two options; internal recirculation to suction side or external connection for return line to supply tank.
