Gear Pump C990M

Tailored specifically for wear resistance and long life in pressurized heat transfer oil circulation service for plastic injection molding and other industries. They are industrial units designed to handle fluctuating temperature cycles pumping Therminol ®, Dowtherm ® , Paratherm ® and others at elevated temperatures to 450 °F, at pressures up to 100 psi, and at shaft speeds to 1750 RPM. Shafts are hardened steel. Gears are high-strength durable Fatigue Proof ® steel. Rugged ductile iron housings. High-grade carbon-graphite bushing style bearings and thrust plates are used. The shaft seal is a bellows style mechanical seal with fluoroelastomer elastomer bellows and o-ring and with carbon and ceramic wear faces. No stuffing box cooling necessary. Contact Factory for 550 °F option.

Gear Pumps Bronze 111

These pump housings and mounting brackets are made from cast aluminum or bronze alloy. The rotor is made from stainless steel with a hard chrome plate for improved wear properties. The stator is made from molded Nitrile. The mechanical seal is a carbon and ceramic rotary face type for positive sealing.

CHEMSTEEL pumps S923 M

CHEMSTEEL™ pumps are designed to handle common and highly corrosive liquids that must be pumped under pressure. Manufactured to extremely precise tolerance, the CHEMSTEEL™ pump line prevents system contamination while maintaining the purity and integrity of the liquid being pumped. Its rugged, three-section, o-ring sealed thru-bolt construction provides ease of servicing and parts replacement. Helical gearing offers noise reduction by as much as 10db, while the tandem pumps double the output flow for a single fluid, or with isolation, handle other fluids in direct ratio to the first. Additionally, CHEMSTEEL™ pumps offer bi-directional operation for applications requiring reversing flow.

Gear Pumps N9206

The carbonator motor mounting uses a circular clamp, similar to a hose clamp, as means of attaching the pump to a specially machined hub on the motor. This concept was first developed for the vending machine industry to pump carbonated beverages in soft drink dispensers. The main advantages are compactness and economy due to the elimination of the adapter casting. Carbonator motors are readily available from electric motor distributors.

Gear Pump S4000L

Pumps are the Stainless Steel version of the Industry-Proven Bronze Pedestal Gear Pump N4000L specified by many leading maple syrup filter press equipment manufacturers. Handles abrasive sugar sand and filter aide. These versatile pumps can be operated in either rotational direction and can be installed in any plane. All materials of construction are suitable for food service use. Flush new Factory Supplied pumps thoroughly before use.

Gear Pump C993

Tailored specifically for wear resistance and long life in lubricating fluid service. They are designed to handle a wide range of fluids at temperatures to 200°F, at pressures up to 150 psi, and at shaft speeds to 1750 RPM. Viscous liquids require reduced shaft speeds. Standard Lubricating Fluid Service: Shafting is 303 stainless steel, gearing is ferrous (optional 416SS gears). Rugged ductile iron housings. High grade carbon-graphite bushing style bearings are used. The Standard Mechanical Shaft Steel is a stainless cased Nitrile elastomer bellows and oring with carbon and ceramic wear faces. An optional fluoroelastomer mechanical seal with carbon and ceramic wear faces is also available. Recommended liquid temperature range is 32oF to 200oF.

N1000 Pump

Pump housings and gears are made of top quality bronze, shafts are 303 stainless steel. Bearings are made of high performance carbon-graphite material selected for wear resistance and long service life. Gear pumps are positive displacement pumps. Each shaft revolution displaces a definite amount of liquid relatively unaffected by the backpressure in the discharge line. Shaft speed and flow are directly proportional.
