We would like to introduce you   to our innovative line of micfil   ultrafine filter systems made in Germany, the micfil filters substantially contributes to reducing the running costs of your equipment in most cases by about 80 -90 %, increases equipment operational availability, prolongs the lifespan of the engine parts, like bearings, pistons rings, injectors, injector pumps and more.   We also help to protect   the   environment,     with   our   micfil Ultra-fine   filter   system including a water separator   and our   fuel optimizer the micfil Ultra-fine   cuts down the carbon particles in the exhaust emissions by about 30 -40% and saving approx. +5% on fuel.

Micfil Ultrafine filters clean your engine oil continuously to the extent that the oil no longer needs to be changed or at least extends the live time multiple times. For conformation we recommend regular oil analysis or the use of our Micfil oil analyzer/ tester. Most people do not know that oil is a mineral like silver, gold or copper and does not wear out, breakdown or otherwise deteriorate to such an extent that it needs to be changed. The only reason that we change our engine oil was because it becomes contaminated with water trough condensation ,( water + Sulphur= acid) acids, particles and sludge which will start an oxidation process which then brings down the TBN and after a certain time you have to change the engine oil . Micfil stops this negative process. We have years of proven and positive experience. Normally you will get moisture in your engine oil because of different oil temperatures through different speeds and stop times, (heating up/cooling down) over time this condition will effect/damage your machinery.

When your oil is continuously reprocessed it is as good as new and does not need to be changed

The standard oil filters installed on your engines clean down to maybe 10- 15 or in some cases 30 micron and will not remove moisture. Particles smaller than 10 or 15 micron and moisture will damage the seals and bearings over time.

micfil Ultrafine Bypass filters remove contaminants down to 0.5 micron and absorb moisture preventing the formation of acid(s) in your engine oil or any other oil, like hydraulic oil, gear box oil, compressor oil etc. The micfil element leaves additives and particles with size 0.02-0.4 micron in the oil, enriching the lubricating qualities of the oil therefore extending the lifespan of the engine, gearbox or hydraulic systems.

This means you do not have to change the oil in your gearbox or hydraulic system as often as was previously necessary. Just think how much oil, equipment damages, money and effort you can save by using our innovative micfil Ultrafine filters.

Micfil Ultra-Fine Filter does the same for the fuel injection systems. You will hardly ever have to change your injectors or injector pumps. Our customers worldwide are very happy with the equipment reliability the micfil Ultra-Fine filters provide.

Most of the breakdowns on an engine are caused be impurities in the oil and the diesel fuel these are removed by the micfil.

With the same type of filter housing and the same type of element we are also cleaning the diesel together with our water separator down to 0.5 micron (your existing fuel filters are at the moment most likely 15-30 micron). This is by no means efficient any more. Diesel fuel worldwide is getting worse not better. Particles below the size of the standard filters will over time kill your Injectors and piston rings.

Particles passing by damaged piston rings then create more abrasion in the engine oil side of the engine. Again with our filter system for Diesel and engine oil we will save your engine and extend the life of the engine multiple times.

This means much less spare parts, less breakdowns, less down time, 90 % less engine   oil, and on top off this you are doing something substantially for the environment.
