A mobile solution to filter ultra fine large quantity’s of oil and diesel. The micfil mobile bulk filtering container contains many components which contribute to a highly efficient oil or diesel filtration for industrial usage.
Micfil mobile bulkfiltering container
For a couple of months now we have offered our new product the Micfil Ultrafine Bulk filtration. Many of our customers require very clean fuel and oil in large quantities, for this reason we have developed our new product: Micfil mobile filter container and are happy to be able to offer it to you our customers.
Mobility
The micfil mobile filter container is specially designed for mobility. If you want to include a high performance filtering system in your oil-flow-system, you can easy place the container in the desired location where the oil or diesel should be filtered in your system.
Performance
With the Micfil Ultrafine Bulk filter inside of the container, you have the chance to filter oil / diesel / fuel in large amounts. We filter heavily contaminated oil and diesel using our new band filtration (BF) system as a pre filter together with our new FB series (FB100/900/32) for ultra-fine filtration. The quality of the filtered medium is down to 0.5 microns, and with our water separator, free of water.
Security and Safety
The filter system contains explosion proofed pumps and lighting and an alarm system in case of system failure for your safety. The system includes a fire extinguisher and an emergency shut-off button inside as well as outside.
Heating system
Each filter system contains heating systems, which heat up the oils and diesel where necessary (eg. Palm oil) as well as heated piping and pumps . This is necessary because some oils, such as palm oil, solidify at 35 degrees the heating systems avoid these problematic.
Compressor
Sometimes when filtering palm oil a blockage can occur due to grease coagulation. With the compressor you have the opportunity to press air through the piping system in case of blockages.
